Great apartment, all necessary equipment, nice area and pool.
Calas Majorca village primarily tourist shops with fast-food and Live TV bars, lack of decent restaurants, the beaches are great.

This is a perfect apartment for a couple/family/group visit. With a hire car the whole island is only a short drive away, including supermarkets and all the sights.
December is definitely 'off-season' at this resort. Most of the 'Holiday Village' facilities at Calas de Mallorca were closed, including bars, restaurants, doctors, supermarkets, crazy golf, pools. This would not be a problem if you're travelling in-season.

The apartment is located in a smart residential area where self catering was the norm for those on holiday, about a kilometre from the centre of town (a blessing). Good pool area with not many bathers - we were their 5th to 12th september. The aprtment was on the large size with two comfortable bedrooms. The apartment was ground floor so there was a good sized patio. Their was a separate utility room with a drying area. Good a/C. Plenty of car parking space the management company reps were supurb
Difficult to find - flight landed at 20.00 hours so by the time we got the car it was dark and with a 59 km drive, it wasn't the easiest journey. Luckily the agents instructions were spot on. There were no sunbeds in the apartment - big mistake as on the ground floor and there were no sunbeds poolside (presumably the majority of apartments were self owned. If you are english, don't depend on the tv for entertainment. The only english speaking channel was sky news. The majority of channels were german, not spanish

When I booked the apartment, I never considered, that I was going to be installed in a totally different place, but that was what happened, "We are seeing the whole area as one" they told me. Don't go there !!!!! The apartment smelled like old wet laundry, "but that is only the airconditioner"., They said ?!?!?

Enjoyed the holiday in family friendly surroundings. Ideal for small children.
Not immediately obvious where to collect the keys from and the directions provided by the agent company were poor.
